3. User Conduct

As a user of Caravaan.ee, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in the European Union. You also agree not to:

  • Use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose;
  • Harass, intimidate, or threaten other users;
  • Use the platform to solicit or offer illegal activities;

4. Platform Services

Caravaan.ee provides a platform that connects drivers with passengers seeking transportation. The platform allows users to schedule rides, make payments, and rate drivers.

5. Payment

Caravaan.ee offers a cash payment option for passengers to pay drivers directly in person after ride completion. We do not process payments on behalf of the drivers, and we are not responsible for any payment disputes between drivers and passengers. The use of cash payment is at the discretion of the parties involved, and Caravaan.ee is not responsible for any issues arising from cash payments.

6. Disclaimer of Liability

Caravaan.ee is not responsible for any actions, omissions, or conduct of any driver or passenger, whether online or offline. We do not guarantee the safety, quality, or legality of any rides offered or accepted through our platform. The use of our platform is at your own risk, and you assume full responsibility for any risks associated with using our platform.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on Caravaan.ee, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Caravaan.ee or its affiliates and is protected by EU copyright and trademark laws.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our platform after any modifications to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.

9. Governing Law
