Upon a successful booking, you will receive a notification through the channels specified in your notification preferences.

2. Use the search functionality on the home page or visit the rides and find suitable direction.
3. Review the trip details and, if needed, contact the driver to confirm specific arrangements. If the trip you've selected has an instant booking feature (), you won’t need confirmation from the driver.
4. Upon a successful booking, you will receive a notification through the channels specified in your notification preferences. You will also gain access to the driver’s contact information.
5. Contact the driver to confirm the trip details.

At this stage, payment is made by agreement with the driver.

It is possible to transfer to a personal account if the driver has the account number specified on our website, which will be made available to you upon successful booking.

Additionally, payment can be made in cash.

Your account number will be made available to the passenger only upon successful booking.

In cases of inappropriate behavior, both the driver and the passenger can be reported.

To do this, please send a message to info@caravaan.ee

After the report, the passenger/driver will receive a warning, and if the behavior is repeated, they will be banned from using Caravaan.
